Hello blender_mom,
Have y'all tried to delete the accounts using other browsers? If non all the same, please do then and meet if yous would still become the mistake code. If you received the same mistake, please provide u.s. the email accost of the parent in the individual bulletin expanse beneath for farther investigation. I too provide the steps below on how to remove a child account.
1. Login the parent account at https://fss.live.com .
two. In the Family unit Summary , click Remove a family fellow member .
three. Cheque the old accounts with consequence and click Remove .

Hi blender_mom,Accept you tried to delete the accounts using other browsers? If not yet, delight practise so and see if y'all would still get the mistake code. If you received the same error, please provide us the email address of the parent in the private bulletin area below for farther investigation. i. Login the parent business relationship at https://fss.live.com .
ii. In the Family unit Summary , click Remove a family member .

I am having this same trouble and have tried all the steps here and on some other parts of the forums. I think my problem is the email accost that was used was airtight and somehow the organisation cannot determine who the user is to delete. Whatsoever ways to get around this?

I have the same problem with a child account. It is related to the email address. The email accost was non used for some time and was deactivated past Microsoft. Information technology appears to be reallocated to some other user.
How practice nosotros fix this?

In that location are 2 children on our Family Safety account that have duplicate profiles. I created new profiles for them last year when I was having problem accessing their existing accounts. Now, I have been unable to delete the onetime accounts. It tells me to try later, merely I've tried several times over the concluding year and however cannot delete them. I get the aforementioned error code every time:Sorry, the service isn't available right at present. Delight try once again later. Error code = 16100.
I would appreciate it if someone could manually delete them for me.
I am having this exact same problem. Has anyone solved this? Tried all steps outlined in a higher place. Unable to access my sons' email account. Unable to recreate the email account later on nearly a year. Family Rubber unresponsive and Hotmail not helpful.

Same here. Two kids from a previous spousal relationship that are still tied to my Alive account for Family safety. Doesn't that put me in some (peradventure legal) conundrum? This has gone on for over a year (based on the above thread), whatsoever solution? Is anyone even trying to solve it? Please don't respond with telling me to shut my Microsoft account, create a new one, and link it to my remaining family members....
